Purchases and Deliveries
We endeavour to deliver within the allotted times however do not guarantee supply or delivery on time. We are not liable for any mis-deliveries due to incorrect addresses being provided. We reserve the right to accept or refuse orders for any reason.
Produce Weight
Due to the large variance of unit weights found in some types of produce, the exact weight of produce in boxes may not exactly match what was ordered. A tolerance of up to 10% should be expected in weighed produce items. Where ever possible we will endeavour to balance under supply on one item with over supply of others.
Credit Card Payments
Payments are processed through the secure eWay system. Any credit card details stored for recurring payments are done so on the eWay system. No credit card information is stored by us.
Cancellation Policy
We place orders with our suppliers in advance and are unable to guarantee acceptance of order cancellations once we’ve placed orders with our suppliers.
Refunds
Our 100% satisfaction guarantee is there to make sure you are happy. If you are unhappy with any of our products we will attempt to resolve this with you to your satisfaction. If the issue cannot be resolved we will happily refund the payment.
